We’re opening up a Sunday night show for our friends Bats & Mice and Cinemechanica on July 25th. Also with Mr. Free and the Satellite Freakout (playing first at 8:30 sharp). At the Local 506 in Chapel Hill. It’s the third date of Bats and Mice’s second weekend tour in support of a new 7″. We’re psyched about the show and the new stage and sound system at the 506 – it’s been awhile since we’ve played there and we’re looking forward to it.

Indy write-up (we never mind a good “Monsonia open.” mention…seriously…)

Our good friends Minor Stars are celebrating the completion and release of their new album this weekend. Nick did some basic tracking for this album, and I played drums on one song, “All Your Stars Out.” We’re really happy for our friends and I’m proud to be a part of this record. Click through the album artwork to check out the band, and here for the Facebook event page for the the release party Saturday night.
